PEARL BEACH RESIDENCE

Transformation of a fibro-clad, one-bedroom cottage into a relaxed, fully appointed, three-bedroom beachfront home. New structural elements included internal stairs and a large poolside pergola. Internally, numerous imported finishes, fixtures and fittings were used. Inside, Tasmanian Oak flooring was laid and recycled Ironbark sourced and used for the external decking and timberwork.
